一种抽油机井调参选井与设计的实用方法 被引量:2

摘要 以获得较高的抽油机井产液量和抽油效率为目标,确定将抽油泵沉没率、抽油杆合理使用系数作为考察参数,用于判断抽油机井工况优劣。在抽油参数简明校核中首次提出抽油泵沉没率的概念。根据测试资料推导出计算合理沉没率的公式和油套环空压力梯度与套管地面出气量的关系,给出考虑多因素计算抽油杆合理使用系数的方法。在对考察参数偏差率进行计算、排序和泵效水平对比的基础上选择出待调参井。归纳出抽油井校核结果与泵排量、下泵深度调整方向的对应关系。根据油田实际情况,给出抽油机井生产参数逐步逼近合理值的调参设计方法和计算下泵深度的简明程序。为了提高抽油效率,针对气液比高、泵挂深、偏磨、机型大、抽油机不平衡等井况制定出增效技术配套方案。在复杂井参数调整的选井与设计中验证了本方法的适应性。 In order to improve pumping efficiency,It is established that Pump sinking rate and coefficient of rod rational as parameters,then the pros and cons of pumping well's working conditions can be determined.In concise check of Pumping parameters,pump sinking rate is put forward for the first time.According to test data derived from the sinking of a reasonable rate formula and the relationship between tubing-casing annulus pressure gradient and the gas well casing on the ground,a reasonable use of sucker rod coefficient is given after many factors are considered.on the basis of computation and sorting parameters' deviations and comparison of pump efficiency,the well which can be adjusted is selected.the corresponding relationship between results of the parameters check and pump's power and its adjusted direction of depth is summed up.According to the situation in the oilfield,a brief process and a plan are given in the paper,which are proven to be practical in well-chosen and design for parameters adjustment of complicated well.
