Mechanic Characteristics Numerical Analysis of High-fill Bed Based on Its Construction Safety Controlling

摘要 基于高填路基的力学特性进行数值分析,通过加载和加筋与否以及不同加筋部位条件下的应力与位移分布特性分析,阐述了高填路基施工过程中加载、填筑施工工艺等方面的质量控制以及填筑体稳定性安全施工控制与对策.分析指出,分层辗压、堆载以及工程荷载是高质量高填路基与安全施工控制的必要条件,且分层辗压工艺应注意不同部位位移不同特性;推荐采用中部加筋来改善填筑体应力状态以加强高填路基的稳定性,并应在路基下部与中部铺设水平钢筋网.图5,表1,参4. Stress and displacement distribution of high-fall bed were described with its loaded or not and reinforced or not, and through analysis with different rcinforcing positions and analysis with self-weight and affected by both self-weight and engineering loads, based on test and monitoring data. And then it's expatiated about filling quantity controlling and high-fill bed stability controlling. It's pointed out that, the stratification jarring and definitive engineering loads are the necessary qualification of high-fill bed quantity and construction safety controlling. It is rcgarded that displacement distribution discipline,is different in differcnt position with loaded or not, and which is changed because of being rcinforced in different position. Being rcinforced in the middle is the recommend construction method in high-fill bed construction safety controlling, which it is controlled on horizontal displacement and vertical displacement.
