以小鼠ＨｒｓｃＤＮＡ为探针从人胎盘ｃＤＮＡ文库中克隆出人ＨｒｓｃＤＮＡ，其全长为２９１０ｂｐ，所编码的蛋白质含７７７个氨基酸。人ＨｒｓｃＤＮＡ与小鼠ＨｒｓｃＤＮＡ间高度保守。推定的氨基酸序列含有锌指样结构域、脯氨酸丰富区及脯氨酸、谷氨酰胺丰富区。

The human Hrs cDNA was cloned from human placenta library. It was 2 910 bp in length encoding a protein of 777 amino acids with a calculated molecular weight of 85 550.Comparison of human Hrs cDNA and deduced amino acid sequence with their mouse couterpart, it shared homo logy of 85% in nucleotid sequence and 92.5% in amino acids sequence, respectively. The human Hrs also contained a zinc finger like domain, a proline rich region and a proline and glutamine rice region.
