摘要
利用SSR方法对16个扁桃品种、1个榆叶梅品种和1个晚熟毛桃进行了基因组多态性分析,从15对引物中筛选出12对多态性、稳定性较好的引物用于正式试验,12对引物在18个供试品种中共扩增出80条DNA谱带,平均每对引物扩增出5~6条,用W0622106、W0622114、W0622094、W0622116等4对引物可以鉴别18个供试品种中的17个品种,根据SSR分析结果,应用NTSYS软件进行相似性系数计算,利用UPGMA法构建聚类树状图。供试扁桃品种可分为5个类群,与传统的系谱有一定的误差。
By using simple sequence repeat (SSR),16 almond, 1 yuyemei and 1 later peach cuhivars were used for genomic polymorphic analysis. 12 pairs of primers selected from 15 pairs were amplified and 80 alleles were obtained. Each pair of primer amplified 5-6 alleles, four pairs(W0622106,W0622114,W0622094,W0622116)of primer could distinguish 17 cuhivars used in the study. The almond cultivars could be classified into five groups based on the SSR results, calculation of the similarity coefficient and UPGMA cluster analysis. It was a little difference compaired with the traditional classification.
