Entrepreneurial activities have already become a trend in the process of modem world＇s economic development. However, a good model is necessary for guiding entrepreneurs to start a new venture. There will be a greater probability of success if so. This paper analyzes the famous Timmons＇s Entrepreneurship Model further, deeply discusses the relationships among opportunities, resources and the team; and then establishes an entrepreneurship system, which provides a guidance to start a new venture.
