论农村的集约型发展战略——苏南农村实施工业、农业、农村居民三集中战略的机理分析

On the Centralization Strategy of Rural Areas in China——Three Centralization Strategies of Industry, Agriculture and Famers in Southern Jiangsu Rural Areas

苏南农村实施了工业、农业、农村居民三集中战略,通过该战略有效地推进了农村地区工业集约化、农业规模化、农村城市化、农民市民化的进程。通过研究,我们认为,三集中战略符合产业集群理论、产业集群与城镇化的互动理论、农业集约化理论的原理,是苏南特定文化、历史、地理条件下的合理选择。

The ＂Three Centralization Strategies＂ of industry, agriculture and famers is implemented in Southern Jiangsu rural areas, through the strategies, the progress of industrialization, intensive agriculture, rural urbanization and centralization agriculture are well improved. From the analysis, the three centralization strategies are considered to be accorded with the theory of industrial cluster, the theory of interaction of cluster and urbanization and the theory of intensive agriculture. It is the reasonable choice which is conducted in Southern Jiangsu rural area in the conditions of its culture, history and location.
