模糊分析法在制造型企业知识产权价值评估中的应用

The Application of Multiple Goals Decision-Making Method in the Value Assessment to Intellectual Property of Manufacturing Enterprises

对知识产权进行价值评估是促进企业科技成果转化,提高企业创新能力的一个重要环节。文章以数学上的模糊分析法为基本工具,针对制造型企业的知识产权价值进行着重分析,并利用专家评价法对影响知识产权综合状况的因素做出适当的赋值,最终建立了相应的知识产权价值评估指标体系和模糊评估模型。

The value assessment to intellectual property of enterprises is a very important aspect to change enterprises＇ achievements of R＆D into practical applications and improve the capacity of enterprise＇s innovation. This paper introduced multiple goals decision-making method which is applied in the analysis of value assessment to the intellectual property of the manufacturing enterprises, then made an appropriate assignment to the factors of the intellectual property by using expert evaluation, and finally established the index system and the model of value assessment to intellectual property based on the multiple goals decision-making method.
