知识经济下企业技术中心创新模式网络化分析

On the Innovation Model Network of Enterprise Technology Center Under Knowledge Economy

知识经济导致了产业价值链延长,产品更新速度加快,迫使企业进行技术外包、分工协作。企业的技术中心组成和组织模式也要相应改变,以适应知识经济的挑战。文章对新时期企业技术创新特征进行分析,进而给出企业研发网络的基本框架,并对企业新产品开发模式,企业技术中心创新模式网络化、虚拟化进行了探讨,给出了建议。

Due to the knowledge economy, Industry value chain has extended, and the product updates faster, companies are forced to outsource and collaborate. Therefore, the composition and organizational model of technology center have to be changed in order to adapt the challenges of knowledge economy. In this paper, the characteristics of enterprise technological innovation are analyzed, and the framework of enterprise R＆D network is researched. Furthermore, the network and virtualization trends of new products development models and enterprise technological innovation centre model are discussed. Finally, relevant suggestions are proposed.
