补肾清利法对女性慢性肾盂肾炎患者相关免疫学指标的影响

Increasing the Immunology Index of Feminine Patients with CPN: Influence of the Kidney-Replenishing and Damp-Heat-Relieving Method

目的:临床观察补肾清利方对慢性肾盂肾炎(CPN)女性患者相关免疫指标的影响,研究其改善CPN症状、减少复发的机理。方法:采用随机、对照的方法将CPN静止期,气阴两虚、湿热留恋型女性患者分为治疗组、对照组各40例。分别接受补肾清利方、小剂量抗菌素序贯治疗,疗程12周,观测相关免疫学指标变化。结果:CPN病人尿分泌型免疫球蛋白A(尿SIgA)较正常人明显减少(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组尿SIgA及部分老年女性阴道pH值、阴道上皮细胞成熟指数、阴道健康评分均有明显好转,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:补肾清利法能提高尿道局部免疫功能,可能是其降低CPN复发的作用机理之一。

Objectives： To observe the effect of the kidney -replenishing and damp -heat -relieving method on increasing the immunology index of feminine patient of CPN, investigate the acting mechanism of this recipe in reducing recurrence rate and decreasing clinical multi - symptoms by clinical study. Methods ： The CPN patients in stationary phase of Yin - deficiency and damp - heat protraction syndrome, are randomly divided into two groups of treatment group and control group, receive kidney - replenishing and damp - heat - relieving recipe and sequential therapy of small dose antibiotics （ L - Ofloxacin, SMZ - TMP, Cistofuran） respectively, for 12 weeks, observe the changes of the immunology index of feminine patient of CPN, including urine SIgA level, vaginal pH, vaginal epithelial cell maturation index. Results ： Compared with normal, the urine SIgA of feminine patient of CPN decreased significantly; treatment group predominantly outstrips control group concerning improvements in urine SIgA level, vaginal PH, vaginal epithelial cell maturation index, there were significant differences between these two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; compared with the figures before treatment, there were no significant changes between two groups on IgG and IgA in patient ＇s blood. Conclusions： Kidney - replenishing and damp - heat - relieving method can reduce recurrence rate and decrease clinical multi - symptoms by improving local immunity of urethra.
