中西医结合治疗胃十二指肠溃疡疗效观察

A Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in Peptic Ulcer Treatment

目的:观察温中健胃、疏肝和胃、化瘀生肌、行气通络类中药配合西医常规治疗胃十二指肠溃疡的疗效。方法:采用自拟二黄溃疡汤(黄连、黄芪、党参、炒白术、海螵蛸、佛手、郁金、三七、白及等)配合西药治疗本病56例,并设对照组观察治疗前后症状、体征和胃镜复查等变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率94.6%,对照组总有效率83.9%。结论:该方对本病具有温中健胃、疏肝和胃、化瘀生肌、行气通络之功效。

Objective： To investigate the effect and safety about the combination of traditional Chinese herb and routine western medicine. Method： 112 cases of the peptic ulcer were chosen,they were divided into the treatment group（ n = 56） and the control group（ n =56）, We observed the symptom,body and the effect of gastroscope after studying. Results ：On the analgesic effect, the effective rate of the treatment group is 94.6%, while the control group is 83.9%. We can find out the curative effect of the treatment group is much better than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）.
