中医脾虚证的免疫机制研究进展

Research Progress of Immune Mechanism of Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

"正气存内,邪不可干"。脾作为气血生化之源,其功能健旺与否不仅关系着人体的生理功能,而且对人体的生命功能都至关重要,张仲景有"四季脾旺不受邪"之说。近年来的研究资料表明,脾虚证免疫功能方面的研究,主要包括胸腺、脾脏等免疫器官重量的减少及超微结构的改变;NK细胞杀伤能力、ADCC作用、分泌细胞因子能力的下降,以及巨噬细胞吞噬、杀瘤能力、产生NO能力的下降;血清中免疫球蛋白含量的下降;T细胞亚群的变化;红细胞免疫功能损伤;免疫活性分子水平降低等。

＂When there is sufficient health qi inside ,the pathogenic qi have no way to invade the health body＂. As the source of qi ,blood and body fluid,the function of spleen not only important to the Physiological functions of human body but also to the life functions. ZHANG zhong - jing has said ： ＂The functions of spleen in four seasrons protect the whole body against the invasion of pathogenic factors＂. The recent research materials indicate that the immunology research of spleen - deficiency include weight reducing and changes of ultrastructural of some immune organs such as thymus and spleen;lower capability of desctruction, antibody dependent cell mediated cytotoxicity,cytokines secretion of natural killer cell; lower capability of phagocytosis,cytotoxicity and producing NO of macrophages ; the levels droping of serum immunoglobulin ; alters of T lymphocyte substets ; injury of red cell immune function; the lower level of molecular immune activity.
