摘要
学报编辑与作者的关系,是学报编辑出版活动中最基本的主体和客体的关系,学报编辑是作者的学术成果推向公众(读者)的纽带。学报编辑主体价值观是学报编辑从事学报编辑出版活动的核心内容。学报编辑主体价值观的影响因子既有内在的也有外在的,不仅受社会大众传媒群体观念的冲击,而且受高校环境影响较大,学报编辑主体要积极应对市场,在竞争中实现学报编辑主体的自我价值和良好的社会效益。
The relationship between editors and writers is the principal object -subject relation in editorial and publishing activities of learned journals, Editors are important links between writers and readers. Value of editorial subjects is the kernel of editing and publishing activities. Editorial subjects' values are influenced by both internal and external factors including concept of mass media, environment in institutions of higher education. Editorial subiects of learned iournals should actively cope with market so as to achieve both their values as well as social benefits.
