“称人之善,唯恐不及”:朱筠学术交游与清代乾嘉朴学风气的形成

Promoting Talents: ZHU Jun's Academic Exchanges and Textology in Qian-Jia Period of Qing Dynasty

朱筠是清代乾隆时期著名学者,曾任安徽学政,刊刻《说文》,奏请从《永乐大典》中辑录逸书,一生以倡导朴学为己任。他性情宽容,结交众多,善于奖掖人才。清代著名学者汪中、章学诚、黄景仁等人都曾得到过朱筠的帮助。可以说,清代朴学风气的形成,与朱筠这类善于宏讲风流的士大夫是分不开的。

As a famous scholar in Emperor QIAN Long＇ s reign, ZHU Jun serves as an educational official in Anhui. He edits and publishes Shuo -Wen Jie -Zi, recommends to the authorities to compile ancient books from Yong - Le Da - Dian. He advocates textology for the whole life. His tolerance, strong desire for making friends and promoting talents contribute to formation of textology in the Qing Dynasty, Scholars such as WANG Zhong, ZHANG Xue -cheng, HUANG Jing- ren became well -known with ihe help from ZHU Jun.
