汽车发动机再制造与新品相比,降低成本50%左右,节约能源60%、节约原材料70%;新制造一台汽车的能耗是再制造的6倍;新制造一台汽车发电机的能耗是再制造的7倍;新制造汽车发动机中关键零部件的能耗是再制造的2倍。

Compared with new production, the cost of automotive engine reproduction can be reduced by 50%, furthermore, 60% of energy and 70% of raw material may be saved as well. Energy-consumption of producing one new vehicle is 6 times of reproduction; energy-consumption of producing a new vehicle motor is 7 times higher than reproduction; energy-consumption of new key parts in vehicle engine doubles that in reproduction.
