摘要
用髂动脉粥样硬化模型兔进行球囊血管成形术,取术后28d髂动脉中层平滑肌进行体外细胞培养。应用流式细胞计数仪检测低分子量肝素(LMWH)不同浓度、不同作用时间对血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖周期动力学的影响。结果表明:LMWH对VSMC增殖周期有抑制作用,表现为抑制DNA合成期(S期),其作用与浓度及时间有关。对细胞有丝分裂期(G2+M期)影响不明显。
In this study, We did balloon angioplasty on rabbit iliac artery atherosclerosis models. In vitro culture of vascular smooth Muscle cell (VSMC) taken from media of iliac artery 28 days after operation was made. The influence of low-molecular-weight heparin (LMWH) (of different concentration and acting for different length of time) on dynamics of cell proliferation was assessed by flow cyclometer. The result showed that depending on the concentration and duration of action. LMWH inhibited the dynamic proliferation of VSMC DNA synthetical phases (S phases) but did not in fluence the G2+M phases of VSMC cell cycle.
