摘要
介绍一种微型程控转台的设计和实现方法。该程控转台的机械结构和同步电机用通用的摄像头自动云台改制,主控制器用8051单片机对同步电机转动角度进行精确控制。并给出了控制和驱动电路的设计,转台方位校准方法及控制软件流程。实验结果表明,该系统可用于麦克风、扬声器等的方向图自动测试,摄像头的方位跟踪等。
Based on V3939 111 APT- C, a rotational estrade, we narrate mechanical structure and sevomotor of it, In order to test the directional character of microphones artificially and to ensure the degrees relative to the microphone, we modify part circuit and using microcomputer to control the degrees to rotate by computer. In this way, we introduce hardware device of control system and software. It is proved in practice that this design can make testing easily and more accurately.
