摘要
糯扎渡水电站金属结构工程量较大,制造、运输、安装、试运行跨越整个工程建设周期,历时跨度长。金属结构设备自身型式众多,结构尺寸巨大,制造、安装标准严格。项目涉及机械、电气、液压、自控、起重运输、现场施工管理等各专业,管理复杂,难度较大。文章结合金属结构的管理特点,就金属结构扁平化管理中的组织结构设计、信息交流、人力资源建设进行了分析论述,在水电工程金属结构管理中创造性地提出和引入了扁平化管理的概念,以期为金属结构施工管理提供一种新的思路。
The metal structure engineering volume of Nuozhadu Hydropower Station is comparatively large, and the manufacture, transportation, installation and commissioning nearly cover the whole project period, with a long time span. The mental structure equipment has numerous types, with huge structural dimension, and strict manufacture and installation standards. And the items are involved with machinery, electrical system, hydraulic, automation, hoisting and conveyance, site construction management, and other special fields, so the management is complicated, with great difficulty. Based on the management traits of the metal structures, the paper analyzes and discusses the management structure design, the information exchange and the human resources construction of the flattening management of the metal structure, and it proposes and introduces the flattening management concept in the metal structure management of the hydropower project, in an effort to provide a new idea to the metal structure construction management.
