摘要
本研究采用探针法测定了大型鼓泡塔板上的气泡行为,给出了含气率、气泡直径分布及上升速度随轴向高度的变化关系,分析了气液流率对气泡行为的影响。结果表明:气泡的平均直径呈x2分布;气泡的平均上升速度与气泡直径成1/2次方关系,且随气体流速的升降而增减。由于液体表面张力的作用,含气率沿轴向高度呈S型分布。
Bubble properties were determined by the probe method on the sieve tray with a diameter of 1. 2m. And the tray hole is 4. 7mm across while the free area is 6. 4%. The results show that the local values of the gas holdup depend on the superficial velocity and the height from the sieve tray and that the velocity of an individual bubble in the froth is a randomly distributed parameter. But the average velocity of gas bubbles are directly proportional to 1/2 power of bubble diameter. The typical bubble diameter tallies with x2 distribution.
