摘要
确立了坚果及其制品(核桃、杏仁、栗子)中匹克司残留量的气相色谱测定方法。试样采用甲醇提取,经PT-硅镁柱净化,GC-ECD测定,方法简便、快速、灵敏,检出限0.02×10-3g/kg,添加回收率87.4%~93.2%,相对标准偏差4.45%~6.88%.
A method for the determination of pyrifenox residues in nuts and nut products by gas chromatography was developed. The pyrifenox residues in samples is extracted with methanol and cleaned up by PT-silica magnesium cartridge. The determination is made by means of a gas chromatograph equipped with ECD. The detection limit is 0. 02 mg/kg. The average recovery is from 87. 4% to 93. 2% and RSD is from 4. 45% to 6. 88%.
