摘要
采用化学衍生化和GC-MS分析技术,测定了熊胆、牛胆、猪胆、羊胆中的氨基酸,经计算机检索确定了14种。并通过氨基酸的标准样品进行了定量,从14种氨基酸的分布来看,熊胆与其他3种胆的差异较大,为我们鉴别真假提供了一个新的有参考价值的依据。
Amino acids in dried bear gall,ox gall, pig gall and sheep gall were determined by using chemical derivatization method and GC/MS technique. Among them 14 amino acids were identified and quantitated. From the distribution of 14 amino acids,it is observable that bear gall is different from the three other galls. It provides a means of identifying true or false bear gall.
