摘要
用超临界流体萃取(SFE)进行分析样品处理,有快速、高效:低消耗、污染少等优点。本文对SFE的原理、特点、与其它技术的联用及其在分析化学诸领域的应用作了综述,其中重点介绍了SFE与色谱技术的在线联用,内容包括接口、实验技术和应用等。
The analytical sample preparation by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) has recently been demonstrated to have many advantages as compared to traditional methods, such as high speed, high efficiency, low cost, low pollution and so on. The applications of SFE connected on-line or off-line to chromatography and other separation techniques in many fields of the analytical chemistry are reviewed in this paper. The interface, experimental technique, application and so on are introduced emphatically.
