摘要
在装夹及加工差强度易变形尼龙类零件过程中,应该充分考虑零件材料特性。根据工件特点及其受力分析,采用合理的工装夹具、刀具及选用合理的刀具路径、切削用量,才能保证零件的加工精度,提高生产效率。
Nylon parts have weak strength and are easily distorted. When clamping and machining this kind of part, we should fully consider the characteristic of the material. According to the characteristic of the work piece and the analysis of the force, we adapt reasonable clamp method, tool, tool path and cutting feed to keep the machining precision and improve the efficiency of the production.
