安全与稳定是和谐社会的重要特征,也是高校的头等大事,是大学生健康成长、成才的可靠保障。本文从影响高校安全与稳定的角度出发,结合自己的工作经验,针对当前社会的某些状况和高校的现状,对高校学生管理中具有共性的几个有代表性的难点问题给予了关注,并积极思考,寻求对策。

Safety and stability are the essential features of harmonious society and also the most important issue of colleges and universities. The paper summarizes some representative problems which should be paid more attention to as well as the countermeasures from their own experience according to the status quo of the society and universities.
