利用电离辐照创造小麦-冰草异源多粒新种质的初步研究 被引量:5

Creating New Germplasm with More Grain Number Using Radiation to Progenies from the Cross of Wheat and Disomic Addition Line from Agropyron cristatum

摘要 为了将冰草的多粒基因转入小麦,以具有多粒特性的小麦-冰草二体附加系4844-12为材料与小麦品种藁城8901杂交,对其杂种F1进行60Co-γ辐照处理。采用冰草P基因组特异SSR和SCAR标记对M2236个单株进行鉴定,进而对部分含P染色质阳性植株进行基因组原位杂交(GISH)检测,初步分析发现有3株为小麦-冰草异源易位(渐渗)系;进一步的穗粒数分析表明,该3株材料具有多粒特性,可能成为小麦丰产育种的创新种质。 In order to transfer valuable genes controlling grains per spike from Agropyron cristatum to wheat, the cross was performed by Wheat-Agropyron cristatum alien addition lines with more grain number and common wheat Gaocheng 8901. The F1 seeds were radiated by ^60Co-γ. Two hundred and thirty-six plants of M2 generation were screened using SSR and SCAR markers derived from Agropyron cristatum. Subsequently, pollen mother cells of some positive plants were further identified by GISH. Three valuable wheat lines with more grains per spike were identified as progenies with introgression or translocation of small chromosome segment from Agropyron cristatum. These new wheat lines will become valuable germplasm resources for wheat genetic improvement.
