广西承接产业转移过程中存在的问题及其对策探讨

Problems and Countermeasures of Industry Transfer in Guangxi

近些年来,尽管广西依托自身的区位优势和资源优势而在承接东部沿海地区的产业转移方面取得了一定的成绩,然而由于自身的发展基础以及其他方面原因的影响,在承接产业转移的过程中,广西不仅承接产业转移的重点与自身的产业提升方向不太吻合,而且引进的产业转移项目因与自身的支柱产业结合不够紧密也未能形成核心的产业群。为改变此种态势,今后有必要在确立有效的承接产业转移的新观念的基础上,积极探索和运用承接产业转移的新手段以及努力实现产业转移的有效集聚。

With favorable location and resources, Guangxi has benefited from the industry transfer from the eastern coastal areas. However, in this process there occurs some problems including the mismatch between the transferred items and the planned development and the failure in building core industrial groups due to the lack of integration. This issue can be improved with the new idea and the new method of industry transfer and agglomeration.
