摘要
目的:研究了来源于松木层孔菌的三种不同多糖对小鼠体内抗氧化功能的影响。方法:将40只正常小鼠(6周龄,25-30 g)随机分为4组,分别腹腔注射生理盐水、PSⅠ多糖、PSⅡ多糖、PSⅢ多糖,剂量均为100mg/kg体重·天。15天后小鼠断头,分别收集血清和心、肝、脑、睥等器官,进行相关指标的检测。结果:三种多糖均不同程度地提高了小鼠血清、心、肝、脑、脾中SOD、GSH-Px活力,降低了MDA生成量,而对TOAC值影响较小;同时,三种多糖均显著提高了小鼠体内血清NO生成量。结论:三种多糖的抗氧化机制可能与其它抗氧化剂不同,其对小鼠体内氧化压力和抗氧化水平呈双重增加效果,可能是由于多糖作为免疫物质引起机体的免疫反应造成的.
Objective:To study the antioxidant capacity of different polysaccharides from fungus phellinus pini in vivo.Methods: Forty mice(6 weeks age,25-30 g)were divided into four groups randomly,administrated by 0.9 % NaC1,PSⅠ,PSⅡ,PSⅢwith the dose of 100 mg/kg weight·day respectively.The mice were decollated and blood serum,heart,liver,brain and spleen were collected after 15 days,then the related indexes were examined.Results:The results showed that the level of SOD and GSH-Px increased in plasma, heart,liver,brain and spleen of mice after administrated with the polysaccharides,and the production of MDA decreased in some extent, while TOAC values had little change.Additionally,the level of NO increased significantly.Conclusions:The antioxidant mechanism of polysaccharides may be different from other antioxidants,the dual increase of oxidative stress and antioxidant capacity is due to the immunological reaction initiated by polysaccharides as immunological materials.
