Ets-1和c-Jun在腺样囊性癌中表达的临床病理研究

Clinipathological Study on the Expression of Ets-1 and c-Jun in Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma Tissue

摘要 目的:观察Ets-1和c-Jun在腺样囊性癌中的表达及在肿瘤侵袭中的意义。方法:收集80例腺样囊性癌病例,根据组织病理学观察分为侵袭组和非侵袭组,用免疫组织化学SP方法分剐检测Ets-1和c-Jun在腺样囊性癌组织中的表达。结果:(1)Ets-1、c-Jun在腺样囊性癌组织中的总阳性表达率分别为76.25%(61/80),62.5%(50/80);(2)Ets-1和c-Jun表达在侵袭组和非侵袭组间均有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)Ets-1和c-Jun表达间无显著相关性。结论:Ets-1和c-Jun表达与腺样囊性癌的侵袭有关。 Objective:Ets-1 and c-Jun expression were observed and the relationship to tumour invasion was analysized.Methods Ets-1 and c-Jun expression were assayed in 80 adenoid cystic carcinoma(ACC)tissue including invasion group and non-invasion group by immunohistochemical method.Results:(1)the positive expression rates of Ets-1 and c-Jun in ACC were 76.25%(61/80)and 62.5% (50/80),respectively;(2)The expression of Ets-1 and c-Jun were different in invasion group and non-invasion group(P〈0.05);(3)no significant correlation existed between Ets-1 and c-Jun.Conclusion:Ets-1 and c-Jun were related to invision of ACC indepentantly.
