摘要
人力资源是企业最具竞争力的核心优势资源,是企业可持续发展的根基与关键。文章分析了种业企业人力资源的特征,并在此基础上从企业文化与人力资源管理观念及育人、用人、留人等方面提出了种业企业人力资源管理的应对策略。
Human resource is the core competitive resource of an enterprise and it's the foundation and key of the sustainable development of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the human resource of the seed enterprises and based on this, it puts forward the countermeasures of the human resource management from the enterprise culture, the human resource management idea, and talent cultivating, talent utilizing and talent keeping.
