Human resource is the core competitive resource of an enterprise and it＇s the foundation and key of the sustainable development of the enterprise. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the human resource of the seed enterprises and based on this, it puts forward the countermeasures of the human resource management from the enterprise culture, the human resource management idea, and talent cultivating, talent utilizing and talent keeping.
