摘要
按联络线偏差控制(Tie-lineBiasControl)是自动发电控制(AGC)的主要方式,该方式中频率偏差系数的选择对AGC的控制稳定性和动态响应特性具有重大影响。本文从互联系统的自然频率特性出发,分析了频率偏差系数的物理意义,讨论了合理设定区域控制频率偏差系数的理论依据和准则。作者认为,在理想状况下,应将频率偏差系数取得与本控区域的自然频率特性相等。
The TLBC (Tie-Line Bias Control) is the mostimnortant model used in AGC. The Frequency Bias Coefficient (FBC) significantly affects the stability and the dynamicresponse character of AGC. Based on the analysis of the Natural Frequency Response Character (NFRC) of the powersystem, this paper develops the theoretical principles and rulesto get a proper FBC in AGC, discusses the physical means ofthe FBC, then points out that the FBC should be set with thevalue equivalent to NFRC of the local power system.
