Bacterial infection and acute exacerabation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

摘要 细菌感染作为慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(acute exacerabation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, AECOPD)的一个重要原因,已经得到大部分学者的肯定。但是关于细菌感染如何促使AECOPD,不同学者提出了阈值假说、新致病菌株学说、病原体与宿主相互作用假说。从而指导了AECOPD中抗生素的应用。 Most researchers have confirmed that bacterial infection plays an important role in acute exacerabation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). However, as to how bacterial infection causes AECOPD,different researchers propose "threshold hypothesis","new strain of bacteria hypothesis", "the interaction of host and pathogen factors hypothesis", which direct the therapeutic action of antibiotics in AECOPD.
