Signal transduction mechanism of beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist enhancing alveolar epithelial fluid transport

摘要 β2肾上腺素受体激动剂增强肺泡液体清除作用被高度关注,已在肺水肿和急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者中进行了多项临床实验。近年来其具体的信号转导机制的短时间作用和长时间作用两种途径都被进一步阐明,如前者高选择性Na^+通道的膜插入机制,后者Na^+,K^+-ATP酶的转录后调节机制,为肺水肿治疗药物的开发奠定了理论基础。 The role of beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist enhancing alveolar epithelial fluid transport has attracted much attention, for it has been tested in lots of clinical trials. Over recent years, both short time and long time pathways of its signal transduction mechanism have achieved further progress, especially for the parts of the formers HSC membrane insertion by membrane trafficking and the lattet's Na^+ ,K^+-ATPase expression by posttranscriptional regulation, which contribute to develop new pulmonary edema drugs.
