摘要
本文在阐述电力市场中可中断负荷的概念及相应的用户中断管理准则的基础上，详细介绍了一个比较成熟的基于可靠性的实时电价方案，在兼顾社会经济效益、电力公司收益、用户利益的前提下，提供了需求侧管理方面的一个具体模型。
After setting out the concept of interruptibleload and the related criterion of consumer outage managementin the electric power market this paper presents a comparatively sound scheme for real-time pricing of electricity based on reliability of power supply. Considering social welfare,utility revenue and consumer interests concurrently,this scheme providesa concrete model for demand-side management.
