摘要
通过火焰原子吸收分光光度法对头发中的钙含量进行测定,对影响结果的不确定度分量进行了量化计算。结果表明影响其测量不确定度的主要因素是标准溶液配置和回归曲线引入的不确定度。头发中钙元素的测量质量分数为(698.7±10.8)×10-6。
Uncertainty components affecting the measurement results were quantified and calculated through determination of calcium content in hair by FAAS. The results show that the determination uncertainty mainly come from the standard solution and the regressive curve. The determination result for calcium mass fraction in hair is (698.7±10.8)×10^-6.
