摘要 目的研究前锯肌的构筑学特征,探讨该肌的生理功能,为临床肌移植提供形态学资料。方法取成人尸体10具,用肌构筑学方法研究。结果前锯肌上部肌重44.7±8.87g、肌长10.81±1.75cm、肌纤维长6.60±0.63cm、生理横切面积为6.41±0.35cm2;中部肌重53.85±14.03g、肌长16.13±2.35cm、肌纤维长9.78±1.61cm,生理横切面积为5.17±0.93cm2;下部肌重80.95±24.31g、肌长18.88±1.16cm、肌纤维长13.37±1.41cm、生理横切面积为5.73±0.70cm2。结论前锯肌上中部在肢体运动中更多的维持肩胛骨的稳定,而前锯肌下部参与肩胛骨下角外旋。 Objective The architecture of serratus anterior was studied, and evaluated its physiological function. A morphologic data was provided for muscle transplantation in clinic. Methods The serratus anterior was studied in 10(20 sides) adult cadavers. Results The muscle weight,muscle length ,fiber length and cross sectional area of the superior part of serratus anterior was 44.7±8.87g, 10.81±1.75cm, 6.60±0.63cm, 6.41±0.35cm^2. These index of the middle part of serratus anterior were 53.85 ±14.03g , 16.13 ±2.35cm,9.78 ±l.61cm, 5.17 ±0.93cm^2.These index of the inferior part of serratus anterior were 80.95±24.31g, 18.88±1.16cm, 13.37±1.41cm,5.73±0.78cm^2 respectively.Conclnsions The superior and middle part of serratus anterior mainly exert maintainthestability of scapula in limb movement and the inferior part of serratus anterior mainly take part in the swing the angle of scapula.
