奇奥心血丹滴丸对麻醉猫急性心肌缺血的保护作用

The Protective Action of Qi-ao xinxuedan drop pill on Myocardial Ischemia in Cats

目的观察奇奥心血丹滴丸对麻醉猫心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用结扎麻醉猫冠状动脉左前降支方法制备急性心肌缺血模型,十二指肠给药后,测定心肌缺血程度,心肌梗塞面积,血清CPK、LDH活性。结果奇奥心血丹滴丸能减轻心肌缺血程度,缩小心肌梗塞面积,降低血清CPK、LDH活性。结论奇奥心血丹滴丸对急性实验性心肌缺血具有明显的保护作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Qi-ao xinxuedan drop pill on myocardial ischemia of anesthetic cats. Methods Myocardial ischemia induced by ligating the left anterior descending of aeteria coronaria. The myocardial ischemia degree, myocardial infarction areas, blood serum CPK and LDH activity were measured when Qi-ao xinxuedan drop pill administrated through dodecadactylon. Results Qi-ao xinxuedan drop pill can obviously degrade myocardial ischemia degree, deflate myocardial infarction areas, depress blood serum CPK and LDH activities. Conclusions Qi-ao xinxuedan drop pill has conspicuously protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in anesthetic cats.
