摘要
根据电动自行车用无刷直流电动机的结构形式,对其磁路进行了分析,得出电机的等值磁路图;并以135W、8极电动自行车用无刷直流电动机为例,选用稀土永磁材料NdFeB,采用混合SUMT法结合HookeJeeves法及约束条件转换法对该电机进行优化设计,在满足各项性能指标的前提下,取得良好的优化效果。
On the basis of the special structure of the brushless DC motor for electromotive bicycle, its magnetic field is analysed, and equivalent magnetic circuit is obtained. Here the 135W, 8 pole NdFeB brushless DC motor is taken for example. The SUMT method,HookeJeeves method and constraints inversion method are used to optimize this motor. The optimum aim is attained on condition that performance indexes are satisfled.
