板坯连铸结晶器热交换行为的仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 为详细描述结晶器内部的热交换行为,通过对某连铸分厂的大板坯连铸结晶器铜板的热电偶温度数据进行详细分析,获得了铜板温度场分布规律。在热电偶数据的分析基础上,以有限元分析软件为手段,在考虑钢水、坯壳、铜板以及镀层等热物理参数分布的前提下,对该连铸机结晶器内钢水的凝固过程与铜板的温度变化规律进行仿真分析,获得了三排热电偶处铜板随铸坯下拉的动态温度分布规律,分析结果为铸坯缺陷的成因分析提供了较好的技术参考。 For describing the heat exchange behavior of mould coppers, the temperature data has been analyzed, which has been achieved in some continuous casting plant, and the temperature distribution of copper plates has been find. Base on the temperature data, the casting process and temperature changing process in mold have been analyzed by the soft ANSYS for considering the thermophysical parameters of liquid steel, strand, copper plate and Ni plating, then, the dynamic temperature changing law of the copper plate on which three rows of thermalcouple are set has been acquired. The analysis result can be used as a good reference for analyzing the defects in billet.
