广东主要烟区烤烟亚硝酸盐含量的比较分析 被引量:3

摘要 测定了采自广东省主要烟区梅州市和韶关市的43个烤烟样品的亚硝酸盐含量,结果表明:烤烟的亚硝酸盐含量平均为1.3614μg/g,梅州烟区和韶关烟区烤烟的亚硝酸盐含量差异不显著,但个别采样点间却存在显著差异,如大埔烤烟的亚硝酸盐含量为1.7747μg/g,而兴宁烤烟的亚硝酸盐含量则为0.7672μg/g。 This experiment studied the content of nitrite of tobacco produced in 43 tobacco producing areas in Meizhou and Shaoguan, Guangdong province. The results showed that the average content of nitrite was 1.3614 μg/g in 43 samples, while the difference in Shaoguan and Meizhou was not obvious, but in the 11 smaller areas, the certain difference in some areas was obvious. For example, the content of nitrite in tobacco from Dapu was 1.7747 μg/g, while in Xingning tobacco, the nitrite content was only 0.7672 μg/g.
