套袋对香蕉果实发育和微域环境的影响 被引量:16

摘要 在冬、夏季对香蕉果实进行套袋试验,探讨了套袋对香蕉果实和微域环境的影响,结果表明:根据季节特点合理选择袋型套袋,能改善果实微域环境,防止果实冷(冻)害和"日灼"的发生,促进果实生长发育,提高单穗果实质量,改善果实的外观,使果皮着色均匀,光滑有光泽,新鲜感好,病虫害和机械伤少;果实内在品质因季节和材料的不同差异较大。试验结果还表明,外袋用蓝色薄膜,内袋用白色无纺布(A)或外袋用牛皮纸、内袋用浅蓝色木浆纸(E)2种套袋处理的综合表现较好,尤其以后者的外观品质最好、内在品质变化小、微域温湿度适宜,增产率10%以上,是香蕉较理想的套袋方式。 Banana fruit bagging with 5 different treatments in summer and winter, to investigate the effect of bagging on banana fruit growth and microenvironment. The results showed that reasonable choosing bagging bag in different seasons can improve the fruit microenvironment, avoid chilling damage and cold injury as well as sun burning, promote the growth of fruit, raise fruit exterior quality with uniformity and bright color peel which showed fresh, reduce plant diseases and insect pests and mechanical injury; while the interior quality difference great among different season and bag materials. Treatment A and E showed the best in complex, especially treatment E had well outlook, little changed of the interior quality, right temperature and humidity in microenvironment, raised more than 10% output. It is the ideal bagging treatment in both seasons.
