环氧合酶-2在卵巢癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression of Cyclooxygenase-2 in Ovarian Carcinoma and Its Clinical Significance

目的:探讨COX-2的表达与卵巢癌生物学关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法,分别测定12例正常卵巢组织、16例良性卵巢肿瘤、70例卵巢癌组织中COX-2的表达。结果:70例卵巢癌组织中COX-2阳性表达62例,明显高于正常卵巢组织,COX-2与临床分期、及淋巴结转移均有一定关系,与病理类型无关。结论:COX-2与卵巢癌的发生、发展及转移有关,可作为观察卵巢癌进展的重要指标。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the expression ofcyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） and its biologic behavior in ovarian cancer. Methods： The expression of COX-2 was detected by immunohistochemical in 12 normal tissue cases, 16 benign ovarian turnout and 70 ovarian cancer cases. Results： Sixty-two cases had COX-2 positive expression in 70 cases of ovarian cancer. The expression of COX-2 in ovarian cancer was significant higher compared to those normal tissue. And the expression of COX-2 was associated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis. Conclusion： The expression of COX-2 protein is related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of ovarian cancer, and acts as indexes in ovarian cancer.
