摘要
介绍了MG150/375-W型采煤机电气及其控制系统的基本结构、工作原理;分析了采煤机在生产维修过程中出现的电气故障,给出了排除故障的实用方法;有利于煤矿综采电气设备安全、稳定、高效的工作,更好的服务于矿井生产。
The paper introuduces the MG1501375 - W shearer electric control system＇s basic structure, the principle of work; Has analyzed the dectrieal failure of sheaer which appears in the production service process, and has given the practical troubleshooting methods to fully mechanized coal mine electrical equipment safety, stable, efficient work and better serve the mine production.
