目的:探讨显微手术治疗断指的护理。方法:回顾总结手足外科68例断指患者的治疗和护理措施,主要包括术前护理、术中护理、术后护理、功能锻炼、出院指导等方面的护理。结果:68例断指患者术后再植指全部成活。结论:尽早争取手术时间,经显微手术积极治疗,术后精心的护理是提高断指成活率的关键。

Objective： To investigate the nursing of replantation of amputated finger under microsurgery Methods ： Data of treatment and nursing of 68 patients undergoing replantation of amputated finger under microsurgery were reviewed, including mainly preoperative nursing, operative nursing and postoperative nursing, function training, instruction for discharge. Results： All 68 cases of amputated fingers replanted under microsurgery survived. Conclusion： The key to improve the survival rate of replantation of amputated finger is early aggressive proper microsurgery and elaborate postoperative nursing.
