萍乡发电厂 420t/h 锅炉保持高燃烧效率运行的经验

Some Experiences in the Operation of 420t/h Boiler in Pingxiang Power Plant——Maintaining High Efficiency Combustion

萍乡发电厂扩建的２台１２５ＭＷ机组，投运以来，通过对设备的完善化治理和优化运行操作，机组热经济性逐年提高。文中从燃烧器结构、炉膛热负荷的选取、热风温度、优化燃烧调整等几方面总结出４２０ｔ／ｈ锅炉能够保持高燃烧效率运行的一些经验。

Since the commission of two extension 125MW generating units of Pingxiang Power Plant,the operation efficiency of units has been improved gradually through the perfection of equipment and operation optimization.The ohoices of combustor structure and heat load in furnace,temperature of hot air and optimization of combustion regulation etc. are elaborated,and thus some experiences of operation in maintaining high efficiency combustion are summed up in this article.
