摘要
介绍一种基于递减编制法的电网调度计划编制方法，主要考虑短期调度问题，重点介绍机组组合，短期水电计划，水火电协调问题及其对应的解法。该方法已在浙江省电力局得到应用，并取得较好的经济效益。
This paper introduces the compiling method based on decreasing for electric power dispatching plan. The solutions for unit commitment, short term hydro plan and thermal hydro coordination are described in detail. This method has been applied in Zhejiang Electric Power Bureau.
