ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸和三羟异黄酮孕期营养干预对母鼠及新生子代的影响

Effects of dietary intervention by ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid and genistein on the pregnant rats and F1 generation

摘要 目的:了解孕期母鼠摄入ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸和三羟异黄酮对胎儿的影响。方法:采用刚怀孕的SD大鼠,进行孕期营养干预,观察营养物质对母鼠、新生子代大鼠的影响。结果:孕期营养干预对母鼠的孕期长短、产仔数量、性别比、雌激素水平影响没有统计学显著性差异,营养干预后的子代SD大鼠无出生缺陷的发生。结论:ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸和三羟异黄酮孕期营养干预对母鼠和子代无不良影响。 Objectives: To investigate the effects of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) and genistein on the pregnant rats and F1 generation. Methods: Female SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups blank control group, group treated with ω-3 PUFA, group treated with low dose genistein, group treated with high dose genistein and group treated with ω-3 PUFA combined with low dose genistein, The pregnant rats and theirs offspring were examined after 1 day of gestation, and the groups were received dietary intervention after 7 day of gestation. Results: There were no statistical significance between the blank control group and the groups treated with dietary intervention on the time of gestational period, number born, sex ratio, serum estradiol level and progesterone level. Conclusions: No harmful effect was observed on the pregnant rats and F1 generation after dietary intervention by ω-3 PUFA and genistein during the pregnant period.
