乳腺癌X线征象的研究

X-ray Features of Breast Cancer

目的:探讨乳腺癌X线征象,以提高乳腺癌诊断水平。方法:对70例乳腺癌X线征象作回顾性分析,并与病理结果对照。结果:直接征象:肿块58例,其中圆形肿块16例,分叶状肿块14例,毛刺状肿块28例。钙化32例。间接征象:皮肤增厚,乳头内陷16例,血管增粗增多12例,乳腺实质结构紊乱8例,腋窝淋巴结增大8例。结论:乳腺X线片中不同形态的直接征象及间接征象对乳腺癌的诊断具有重要指导价值。

Objective： To investigate X-ray features of breast cancer and improve diagnostic rate of early breast cancer. Methods： The X-ray symptom of 70 patients with breast carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively and compared with postoperative pathology. Resuits： Direct signs： the lumps were detected in 58 cases, in which, 16 cases＇ lumps were roundish; 14 cases＇ lumps were lobular; 28 cases＇ lumps were burr-like mass.The lumps were appeared calcification in 32 cases. Indirect signs： 16 cases appeared thickening of the skin and inverted nipples. 12 cases appeared hyperplasia. 8 cases had structure disturbance of breast essence. 8 cases appeared axillary lymph nodes growth. Conclusion： Direct and indirect signs in breast X-ray films have important value for diagnosis of patients with breast cancer.
