摘要
新型组合式转子同步电机的转子由外装磁体段(SurfacePermanent-Magnet,简称SPM)和轴向迭片段(Axi-aly-LaminatedAnisotropic,简称ALA)两部分组合而成。本文探讨此类电机磁场分析和参数计算的理论和方法,并使用自行研制的专用有限元分析软件对一台四极样机进行分析计算,所得结果(饱和电感曲线)与实测结果吻合极好。
Magnetic field in synchronous machines with two part rotor,having a Surface Perment Magnet(SPM) part and an Axially Laminated Anisotropic(ALA) reluctance part mounted on the same shaft,can be effectively computed by a specially developed finite element package.Consequently,inductance of the machine can be reliably calculated on the basis of the fundamental of flux density is air gap obtained numerically.A prototype machine with four poles in investigated as a practice.The total effective inductances calculated are compared to the results measured with good agreement in a wide range of per unitized magnetizing current from 0 2 to 1 0.
