摘要
房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损是最常见的先天性心脏病,随着心脏封堵器的不断发展,在超声心动图监测和指导下进行的封堵技术的安全性得到了及大的提高。超声心动图在房间隔缺损封堵治疗中扮演的角色尤为重要,这主要是由于房间隔缺损的大小和残端情况只能依靠超声心动图来观察和测量,而无造影结果可供参考。在房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损封堵治疗过程中,超声心动图的多切面反复观察,仔细测量缺损直径、断端厚薄、房间隔最大伸展径、距离各组织结构距离等重要参数,可指导选择封堵器型号,实时观察心内结构及其相互间的关系,以及血流动力学变化,可有效提高房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损封堵治疗的效果。
Atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect are common congenital heart diseases. With development of heart occluder, the safety of occlusion under ultrasound cardiogram monitoring and guidance is greatly improved. Because size and stump condition of atrial septal defect can only be monitored by ultrasound cardiogram, it plays a vital role in occlusion of atrial septal defect. During occlusion of atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect, repetitive observation of multiple cross sections, defect diameter, stump thickness, maximum expansion diameter of atrial septal defect, and distance from various tissues by ultrasound cardiogram can help to select occluder size, observe intracardiac structures and their relationship and hemodynamics, to effectively improve occlusion treatment effect for atrial septal defect and ventricular septal defect.
