摘要
将动态优化调度算法引入到水火电联合系统短期优化调度问题之中,建立适应火电机组调节能力的确定水电系统最大且经济的可行流数学模型,提出动态优化调度算法与网流技术中OKA算法的交替求解模型,从而使这个复杂问题的优化求解得以简化,取得较满意的效果。
The paper introduces the dynamic optimal despatch into hydro and thermal systems and to set up the large and economic feasible flow mathematical model under the consideration of dynamic constraints.Moreover,the iteration algorithm of dynamic optimal dispatch method and OKA in network technique are proposed and the result is very satisfactory.
