摘要
文中讨论的是回归系数的线性有偏估计问题，并给出了一个重要结果，这就是最小均方误差意义下的回归系数的线性有偏估计。
An important result obtained by discussion of linear biased estimation of regression coefficient is the linear biased estimation for the mininum mean square error.
